SHIPPING POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. PRIORITY SHIPPING IS NOT GUARANTEED AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY THE USPS. PLEASE ALLOW A 1-3 BUSINESS DAY TIME FRAME FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER FROM THE DAY THE ORDER IS PLACED. REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF SHIPMENT SELECTED.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS. (Domestic & International Packages)
  • Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
  • NIS ITEMS (NOT IN STOCK): If an item is found to be NIS from you order, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment. Please allow a standard 3-5 business days to see the refund post to your bank account. Thank you!
  • All orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from GlamxRich.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Glam x Rich Collection DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:

  • FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75 and up (5-7 business days) Standard Shipping
  • USPS Priority Mail: $8.00 (3-5 business days) - Plus 1-3 Business Days of Processing. (Insured)
  • USPS Flat Rate Mail: $13.50 (3-5 business days) - Plus 1-3 Business Days of Processing. (Insured)
  • USPS Express Mail: $30.00 (1-2 business days) - Plus 1-3 Business Days of Processing. (Insured and includes Signature Confirmation)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:

  • USPS Priority Mail: $35.00 (10-14 business days) - Plus 1-3 Business Days of Processing. (Insured)

SHIPPING DELAY:

Glam x Rich Collection is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer entered at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.

SHIPPING NOTICE LEFT AT RESIDENT/BUSINESS:

If your tracking information shows that a notice was left at the residence/business. This indicates that no one was available to sign for the package and your package will have to be retrieved from your local post office. USPS typically holds packages for up to 14 days. If the package is not retrieved, they will return it back to our shipping facility. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

We are NOT responsible for any orders lost, stolen, or damaged in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office or directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We CANNOT replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen. An insurance claim can be opened with USPS if you purchased Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping and your tracking number does not state delivered.
