At this time, Glam X Rich Collection does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit requests. All sales are final. Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glamxrich@gmail.com.

Your email must include:

• Order number
• Full name
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Glam X Rich Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been accepted and scanned by USPS. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely shipment. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, modify, or make changes to an order once it has been submitted.
