SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Glam X Rich Collection.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time begins once your order is successfully placed and excludes weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will begin processing on the following business day. Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not reduce processing time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping Options:
- • USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated 2–5 business days after processing
- • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 2–3 business days after processing
- • USPS Express Mail: Estimated 1–2 business days after processing for orders placed before 12:30 PM EST
- USPS Express Mail is the only USPS service that offers a delivery guarantee.
- Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $150.00 or more.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via USPS International Mail. Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days after processing. Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once the pre-order item becomes available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are available for shipment.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be emailed once your shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update within the USPS system.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Glam X Rich Collection is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- USPS carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing
- Holiday shipping volumes
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Other circumstances beyond our control
REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or returned because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred. These charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Glam X Rich Collection is not responsible for delays, losses, or returned packages resulting from incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once USPS tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, Glam X Rich Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Glam X Rich Collection is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Customers should contact USPS directly to initiate a claim when applicable. Packages shipped using USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail may qualify for insurance coverage through USPS.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Orders exceeding $500.00 may require signature confirmation for delivery. An adult must be available to sign for the package. If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
NOT IN STOCK ITEMS (NIS)
Although inventory is updated regularly, occasional inventory discrepancies may occur. If an item purchased is found to be unavailable, a refund will be issued for the unavailable item. Refunds typically post within 3–5 business days depending on your financial institution.
